As a small exclusive boutique property, accommodation is extremely limited to one couple at any one time. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. We will endeavour to re-book your suite if you need to cancel your booking and refund your deposit if successful. I
Payment in full is due on departure, unless otherwise arranged. If unwell, your booking is able to be transferred to a future date. The deposit or full payment will be credited for another date. We advise all guests to have travel insurance to protect them against unexpected changes to travel plans and to cover any cancellation fees. No refunds or credits can be provided in the event of no shows.
Bookings and payment can be made direct with credit card or debit card by phone, or by direct bank transfer, or an invoice can be sent for credit/debit card payments to be made via a secure payment portal link with the Commonwealth Bank.
